My foundation was built at ALMA - La Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana, and strengthened through years of work in demanding, high-level kitchens, including Zuma London and Michelin Starred establishments in Paris.
My cooking reflects my background: Italian foundations, refined through international exposure and contemporary influence. I focus on balance, clarity of flavour, and technical accuracy, creating private dining experiences that are elegant, thoughtful, and memorable.
