Chef Raphael Luarca

1ère expérience de chef privé pour un événement familial. Tout a été parfait, de la communication en amont pour établir le menu, au rangement de la cuisine après! La cuisine de Raphaël est raffinée, tout est très joliment présenté et parfaitement assaisonné, aucune fausse note. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le service, très discret et très sympathique à la fois. Rangement et nettoyage parfaits pour finir! Merci beaucoup pour ce moment!

Le chef nous a régalés avec un menu léger, à la fois sophistiqué et lisible. Tous les convives ont été séduits, y compris les enfants ! Le service était également au top, attentif et discret. Nous avons passé une excellente soirée, je recommande vivement !

We had the absolute pleasure of having Chef Raphaël cook for us, and the evening completely exceeded our expectations. He arrived right on time and set a professional yet warm tone from the start. The menu was diverse and beautifully presented, with every dish showcasing high-quality, fresh ingredients. Raphael and Rolli were incredibly attentive and friendly throughout the evening, making us feel completely at ease and well taken care of. Their service was seamless and thoughtful from start to finish. What truly stood out — beyond the exceptional food and service — was how immaculate everything was left afterward. They cleaned up so thoroughly that our kitchen looked even better than before they arrived. It made the experience feel effortless and truly luxurious. We were blown away by the entire evening and wouldn’t hesitate to book them again. Highly, highly recommended.

Our holiday home was difficult to find but despite that Chef and his assistant were calm and friendly. Very professional service all the way including serving the wine. Appetisers were generous and amazing. All the courses were fabulous and we had a wonderful evening. Totally recommend .

Chef Raphael was incredible. Every dish was so well presented and tasted amazing. He was so creative in how each dish was creative as well. Easily the best experience of our entire trip and highly recommend you work with him. One of our party had an allergy and he was easy to work with to tailor the menu to remain safe.

Tout était parfait : service très souriant, nourriture excellente avec des présentations soignées et originales. Nous avons récupéré la cuisine plus propre qu'avant leur arrivée. On le recommande à 1000%. Et il est certain que si on repasse dans la région, on les sollicitera à nouveau. Merci !

Un repas exceptionnel! Un apéro surprenant magnifique et surtout délicieux. Le repas était incroyable , très bon et une présentation élégante et raffinée. Cela était bien supérieur a nos attentes ! Je recommande le chef sans hésitation , une super communication, ponctuel, et sympa avec un serveur trop gentil. Nous avons passez une Soirée extraordinaire !

Nous avons passé un excellent repas grâce à Raphaël et son chef qui ont été aux petits soins avec nous durant tout le repas. Les plats été très bien présentés, bien travaillés, excellents et très copieux. Nous avons pu profiter d'une super soirée entre copines sans avoir a gérer le dressage, la cuisine, le service, le débarrassage, le nettoyage de la cuisine ni même la vaisselle. Un excellent moment de lâcher prise grâce aux Chef ! Merci

We had an incredible experience with Chef Sinieri Raphael. Raphael was incredibly communicative, flexible, understanding, patient, helpful and creative when helping me plan the menu for my dinner party. He kept multiple guests' food allergies and preferences in mind and worked with me through multiple menu iterations until we built the perfect menu for my guests. The process of creating the menu for my party was great fun thanks to the help, understanding and creativity of Chef Raphael. Chef Raphael was a great communicator, he was punctual and worked incredibly hard during our event. The food was amazing! The presentation and flavors were perfection. He and his helper were professional, friendly, and a joy to entertain with. He cleaned up immaculately after the party and filled the refrigerator with leftovers that we enjoyed for lunch the next day. I cannot speak more highly of my experience with Chef Raphael. My party was perfect thanks to his help and he made planning a dinner party from across an ocean a "piece of cake"! If I were local I would hire Chef Raphael for all of my entertaining, he's terrific! A huge thanks to Raphael for helping me throw a wonderful dinner party and making everything perfect!

Chef Sinieri was truly outstanding! He catered a dinner for our group of seasoned travelers consisting of 6 adults from the US and 2 from the UK, as well as 2 small children. Amazing food quality with great flavors and presentation all around. All of the courses were creative and flavorful. Cleanup was stealthy and as if they weren’t there. If you get the opportunity to have Chef Sinieri cater your meal, do it. You won’t have any regrets!
