I am Victor Brandi, a private chef and creator of conscious gastronomic experiences.

My cuisine is born from a direct relationship with the living world. I work with heirloom seeds, wild foraging, small-scale fishing, ethical farming and ingredients grown on my own land between sea and mountains.

For me, cooking is more than preparing food — it is about nourishing with intention, telling a story and creating a moment of deep connection around the table.

I design seasonal surprise menus, guided by what nature offers at its peak: a line-caught fish, a freshly harvested citrus, an aromatic wild herb or an ancient vegetable variety. This freedom allows me to craft each experience as a unique sensory journey.

My approach combines gastronomic precision with respect for the integrity of every ingredient, transforming simplicity into elegance without ever losing authenticity.
