At the heart of La Guestation is Chef Wii, raised and born in a humble province of Bataan, Philippines — a culinary visionary whose dream of becoming a chef began at the age of 15.
A proud alumnus of Le Cordon Bleu Paris, Chef Wii has since brought his refined touch to the private tables of celebrities, corporate leaders, and discerning gourmands. With a wealth of experience in gourmet and fine dining experiences globally, he now collaborates with two fellow Le Cordon Bleu alumni to deliver bespoke gastronomic journeys.
Together, they fuse classic French techniques with modern sophistication, creating unforgettable culinary experiences marked by elegance, precision, and artistry. From intimate soirées in Parisian salons to sunset dinners on Dubai venues, each menu is a story, every flavor a memory.
