I am a professional chef from Greece with 8 years experience in the culinary world. I lived in Paris and now I live in Marseille.
For the last five years I have been working in Michelin star restaurants.
Such as the David Toutain restaurant, awarded with 2 ** Michelin stars
the OKA ( Raphael Rego )restaurant awarded with 1* Michelin star in Paris, France. ????????
Also I have been working at the restaurant Varoulko 1* Michelin star in Athens
and at Kensho Ornos in Mykonos, Greece. ????????
I studied at the school of hospitality in Athens,Greece.
