I am chef with arround 20 years of experience i study a master in kitchen in Italy bologna and in the high hospitality school of the Netherlands !
Mediterranean kitchen is my speciality’s and Italian is the biggest one that i love , i do even French kitchen wich is a beautiful kitchen ! I had a restaurant in holland wich was the 3 best Mediterranean restaurant in the Netherlands and Belgium .
