I am a freelance chef with 15 years of experience, I fell into kitchens at a young age and fell in love with it instantly. I have honed my craft in Bordeaux, Madrid & The States, returning home to Stoke on Trent where I recently set up my own business helping restaurants with staff shortages, consultancy for achieving targets and quality control.
