Get to know me better

My focus is quality ingredients, looking after my clients and making sure they have delicious food!

I am a professionally trained chef who is nutrition trained, I cook for high performance sailing teams throughout the year, I like to garden and forage, and I integrate that into my dining experiences, for example a wild garlic oil, or fresh herbs from my garden. I love seasonal produce and really good quality ingredients that I know have come from somewhere I trust, as well as trying to reduce food miles. I really love making your table setting beautiful. I don’t like waste and as any good chef would, I use up as much of the ingredient as I can!

White pepper chef academy, in Dorset! I also learned from my dad, who was an amazing cook, and before I became a chef many many years of passion

A cooking secret...

Season at every step! Colour is flavour. Make sure to hit all the flavour senses- eg sweet, salty, umami! Texture is important!
