Born in the UK and raised in Andalusia, Spain, I have built my culinary career across luxury hospitality, high-volume kitchens, and fine dining. My experience ranges from the five-star Sunborn Yacht Hotel in Gibraltar to preparing meals for professional football teams in the UK, before refining my skills as a Sous Chef and Sushi Chef in a Michelin-starred Japanese restaurant near Bath. Through Steam & Stone, I combine the precision of fine dining with warm, personalised hospitality, creating bespoke private dining experiences inspired by global flavours, exceptional ingredients, and meticulous attention to detail.
