Trained by family, refined in world-class kitchens

My passion for cooking began at a young age in my grandmother’s kitchen, where I started at 5 and was preparing full meals by 10. At 13, I began working long hours in a busy family-run restaurant in Italy, building strong foundations and discipline early on.

At 16, I moved to England, leaving behind family and friends to pursue my passion. I started as a dishwasher at Gino D’Acampo’s restaurant, working my way up to Head Chef by the age of 20 while studying full-time at university.

During this time, I gained experience across the UK, catering prestigious events such as Wimbledon Championships and Royal Ascot, as well as hosting a private dining experience at King Charles's residence Bristol.

I later moved to London to work as a Development Chef, collaborating with Formula One teams and major international airlines including British Airways, Emirates, and Qatar Airways. This role has taken me around the world, creating and presenting new menus on a global scale.

Today, I bring together my Italian roots, international experience, and passion for excellence to deliver refined, bespoke dining experiences
