I am a professional chef of 16 years, currently running 3 very busy kitchens in the heart of the Dorset countryside using local products with an emphasis on bold, earthy flavours.

I studied at Bournemouth college, and have worked in. An array of different types of hospitality businesses.

I am now looking to bring these skills and flavours to your home
