I’m a passionate and dedicated chef with over 10 years of experience working across London’s hotels, fine dining establishments, corporate hospitality and events. I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of kitchens and environments, developing a versatile style and a strong attention to quality, flavour and presentation.
I enjoy creating food that is both refined and comforting, while adapting menus to suit each client’s preferences, occasion and dietary requirements. Whether it’s an intimate dinner, a special celebration or regular private dining, I take pride in providing a professional, personal and relaxed experience from preparation through to service.
I’m passionate about using quality ingredients, creating dishes from scratch and making sure every detail of the dining experience is well considered.
