I professionally grown in Sicily, Italy after 5 years studying in college as a chef I worked in 3 famous restaurants in Sicily.
When I was 23 I wanted to learn something different than Italian cousin so what a better place than London to learn new cultures and recipes from all around the world. I worked in 2 restaurants in London and then I've found a family who offered me a job as a private chef .
Eventually they moved away few months ago so I've decided to become a private chef because it gives me the freedom to make my own recipes.
