I am Goutam Sarkar, an experienced Executive Chef and Hospitality Operations Manager with over 25 years of international experience. My career has taken me across the UK, UAE, India and more than 100 countries through international hospitality and cruise ship operations.

I have worked aboard prestigious cruise ships, including Queen Mary 2 and Queen Elizabeth, and with renowned hotel brands such as Taj Hotels and Marriott.

My expertise includes international cuisine, menu development, fine dining, contract catering, event management, multi-site operations, food safety, health and safety auditing, allergen management and team leadership.

I am passionate about creating exceptional food, delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining the highest hospitality standards.

Through my business, GJ World – Consultancy & Catering, I provide professional catering services for private parties, weddings, corporate events and special occasions.
