I bring 8 years of experience working in high-end restaurants and hotels, specializing in French cuisine, authentic Mexican, brunch concepts, and steakhouses. For the past 5 years, I have also been the owner of an artisan bakery and now offer private dining experiences designed for everyone to enjoy.
