I have about 30 years experience from 2 michelin stars to running my own pub with a wealth of private house , event and restaurant experience recently been made redundant from my position as head chef at a cotswold events company and I'm looking to re-model ny life to suit my family so i will consider any avenue. I'm very passionate about helping local suppliers wherever i may be working
