Chef Lee Barnett

With over 20 years experience working in the hospitality sector, both front and back of house, I believe I have a wealth of knowledge and passion to deliver wonderful food and drink experiences. Started my journey as a bartender and mixologist in and around the London social scene, working my way into restaurant management roles. Being immensely passion about food, I applied for MasterChef in 2011 and featured on series 8. This began my journey into being a chef, getting my first opportunity at Bistro Bruno Loubet @ The Zetter Hotel. Over the next 3-4 years I went to on to work for Richard Corrigan and Claude Bosi, eventually becoming a head chef. Later in my career I worked as a private chef for a luxury travel company, cooking in Spain, Italy and France for UHV families and clients. With the level of experience I have, tailoring custom and bespoke offers to clients desires and dietary requirements is part of my day to day work. Also, have developed full concepts for current employer including an offer around Gut Health and Peri Peri Chicken.
