Passionate about cooking and bringing joy to every bites

With a degree in Gastronomy from the Higher School of Education and Social Sciences (ESEC) and the COIMBRA SCHOOL OF HOTEL MANAGEMENT AND TOURISM in Portugal, and previous experience in the Food & Beverage and hospitality sector, I bring a balanced approach between technique, creativity, and operational efficiency. I have worked as a Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, and Executive Chef across Europe and Brazil, leading operations in high-performance kitchens, developing seasonal menus, and executing dishes that highlight fresh, local ingredients.
