Argentine open fire chef focused on live fire cooking traditional asado and creating powerful shared experiences around the grill.
I’m an open-fire chef with experience across different styles of cooking, from fine dining to street food, and over ten years in hospitality both as a chef and as a cocktail mixologist. My work is rooted in live-fire cooking and in representing the culture of Argentine asado in the UK, bringing its techniques, rhythms and way of sharing food into everything I do. Over the years I’ve built concepts and experiences around that philosophy, taking fire-led cooking to festivals, private events and public spaces across the country. Along the way, I’ve been recognised with awards in both the UK and the US, which reflect the approach I take to cooking, service and the experience around the table. Everything I do is driven by fire, flavour and the idea that food should be something people gather around, not just something they’re served.
