I have been a chef for over 15 years. I have been lucky enough to work in some of the best restaurants around the world. I have held senior positions in 1,2 & 3 Michelin star restaurants.
I have held a Michelin star as head chef and gained 3 rosettes in only 3 months.
I am passionate about amazing produce and cooking it simply to showcase the individual ingredients. I am driven buy stunning produce and flavour.
