I have gained a reputation online showcasing my cooking skills, with Seafood a particular speciality of mine. I've worked both with brands and individuals to provide exceptional private dining experiences.

Michael was excellent, the food was amazing and timings great. He was both friendly and professional with super service.

Michael is n amazing talent in the kitchen. He is attentive and is mindful of how the food is sourced. The food is delicious and beautifully presented. We chose Michael as he wanted to take the dishes round and he explain them to our guests. With this we felt he really went the other extra mile. He was also brilliant at making himself at home in our kitchen and clearing everything away. I would highly recommend Michael.
