I’m a 28-year-old executive head chef based in Oxfordshire, with a deep passion for creating simple, delicious meals that bring people together. As a dedicated family man, I believe the best food is made with love and meant to be shared. Whether I’m in a busy professional kitchen or cooking at home, I’m always inspired by fresh ingredients, bold flavours, and the joy of good company around the table.
I’ve worked at a few memorable restaurants, my favourite was working for Raymond Blanc for 4 & 1/2 years at Le Manoir aux Quat saisons.
