I am.Hungarian but I have been living in the Uk for 13 years. I started to cooking when I was a kid but I only turned to be a chef when I was 30.I I am married. I have worked some nice restaurants around England up to 2 rosette standard. I like fine dining.I believe sharing recipes and techniques are leading cuisines to develop to a better and better standards. Since 2016, I've been working as the Head Chef in Middletons Hotel & Restaurant. I've also graduated with a certificate of Professional Cookery Level 3 before i headed to gain experiences in the culinary field in places like Barnsdale Lodge Hotel.
