Chef Ruwan Sirimanna

I am a passionate and experienced chef with over 10 years of experience in the culinary industry. I studied Hospitality Management at the Sri Lanka Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management, where I developed strong professional skills in food preparation, kitchen operations, and hospitality service.

Throughout my career, I have worked in both Sri Lanka and the United Kingdom, gaining valuable international culinary experience. Coming from a Sri Lankan heritage, I specialise in authentic Sri Lankan and Indian cuisine, particularly rich and flavourful curries made using traditional techniques and spices.

For nearly five years in the UK, I have expanded my expertise by working with British cuisine and modern cooking styles. This experience has allowed me to experiment creatively by combining the bold flavours of Sri Lankan and Indian food with classic British dishes, creating unique fusion-style meals that bring together the best of both culinary traditions.

I take pride in delivering high-quality food, maintaining excellent kitchen standards, and creating memorable dining experiences for guests through authentic flavours, creativity, and attention to detail.
