Chef Joshua Dallaway

The creation of Chef Josh Dallaway and Sommelier Sinéad Murdoch who are based in London, two passionate hospitality professionals whose experience working across the world has shaped their approach to food, wine and exceptional hospitality. Josh has worked as a chef for over 14 years with time spent in michelin starred kitchens. Sinead a sommelier for the last 7 championing small producers and well made wine. Josh's cooking is rooted in seasonal British produce, classical French technique and the flavours and dining cultures of Spain and Portugal.

With an international background and a shared appreciation for quality, creativity and bringing people together, Josh and Sinéad combine their expertise to deliver a distinctive and considered approach to pop-up dining and bespoke catering. The pair can create custom menus both food and wine, whilst making each event extra special to the client.
