Greek origin with more than 20 years experience in kitchens. Love Mediterranean cuisine, but from my travels and works in NYC and Europe I love mixing techniques and ingredients from different cuisines. Love home style and flavoured dishes given in a fine dinning view. Fresh ingredients, healthy cooking, balance in flavours and aromas is what characterise me.
