Hello I'm Angel,
With 10 years of experience within restaurants and hospitality environments, I am seeking my next opportunity to continue to build upon my interest and passion.

As I have been working around the world it is always interesting to have connection with guests around the world, and exchange culture and ideas.
Last year i was working as a Chef de Cuisine for an a la carte restaurant of Alain Ducasse in Crete at Greece and last year I was working as a CDP for the restaurant Cinc Sentis, a 2 Michelin star restaurant at Barcelona. Also, I have done an internship at Frantzén, a 3 Michelin star restaurant and in Libertine, a restaurant with 1 Michelin star, since I love to gain more experience within my field of interest.
