I cook seafood mostly- greek cuisine , fusion and love experimenting different cultures of food
I ve grew up in a kitchen as my family own a restaurant in Poros Island since 2002 , now I run it with my brother for the last 6 years . I went to a culinary school in 2009-2012. Worked in big hotels as a student cook for 4 summer seasons. After this I travelled in the UK and run a gourmet burger restaurant for 2 winter seasons as my restaurant is closed in the winter time. Also been working as a private chef in yachts sailing around the Aegean and the Ionian sea. Also in 2019 in the month of October till December I went for stage at a 3 Michelin star restaurant in the Basque country (San Sebastián) Martin Berasategui at the fish section.
