Get to know me better
Experienced and enthusiast healthy food chef
I am a passionate and dynamic person, with many avocations, I love nature, music, traditional Chinese medicine, Qigong Taiji Quan, and, of course, good food. I love to collect wild herbs and vegetables to use for cooking and for my medicines.
I live in Greece, in Mani, Peloponnese but I was born in the south of Italy. I have been cooking in small restaurant, festivals and as cook at home in Berlin and the south of Italy.
In Berlin, where I lived 11 years with my daughter Giorgia, I have studied natural medicine and got the diploma as a masseuse and to teach Qigong. I speak fluently four languages, Greek, German, English and of course Italian.
