I am a professional chef who has graduated from the Institute of Vocational on Culinary Arts in Rhodes, Greece.

Chef with love and respect for my work preparing delicious, healthy dishes using organic products, local ingredients, and herbs of Mediterranean cuisine.

I am a member of the Chef club Dodekanese and the Cyclades and have worked in 5-star hotels and a la carte restaurant.

Georgios was amazing, he’s attentiveness to each and every dish was incredible. All ingredients used were fresh and local, and the flavours through the simple yet exquisite dishes were discussion points for the rest of the holiday. We had young children within the group and he got them all involved at different stages that was suitable for their age group. I had queries prior to booking which were all answered instantly, all my requests and modifications were taken on board without any problems either. Would highly recommend! Thank you Georgious for such an amazing evening!

Thank you George Markakis, Rodos Private Chef, for a fantastic evening with a Delicious Mediterranean meal ???? We loved the atmosphere having George in the kitchen preparing all the food and also wine which he recommended. Truly professional, with great knowledge, and 100% service minded. And then the whole family seated for hours around the table while being served; good tastes, good stories and many laughs. Thanks for making this a perfect night for both the teenagers, the parents and grandparents ❤️ Highly recommended ????

The food was incredible and the service was 10/10. I highly recommend booking George as he is so friendly, his food is delicious and he goes above and beyond. It was great seeing someone so passionate about providing amazing food and an amazing experience.

George was simply fantastic. We had a dinner party for 8 people to celebrate a birthday. He showed us the beautiful fresh ingredients, shared his cooking techniques and lovely stories of his life and family. The food was delicious and all gluten free with some lovely extra treats. He took care of everything from setting the table (including a beautifully presented menu), serving, cleaning etc - we felt very spoilt! This was an experience - not just a dinner. A memory that I will cherish.

Chef was great all round. Was very nice and spoke to us all and the kid who was there as well. Only thing was few of the bits of chicken was bit raw and he was on his Bluetooth a bit. But other than that we would all recommend and use again very friendly, nice and great food. Thank you
