Passionate about fine dining, opting for health, nutrition and flavor.
I am a professional chef with 20 years of experience. I am a teacher of culinary arts and the owner of a pastry shop. I am experienced with vegetarian and vegan cuisine. I have studied in Italy and therefore my culinary character has been shaped by the Mediterranean cuisine. As a child I have grown up in a farming house and that gave me the skills to know about good prime materials. I have studied architecture and this comes out in my plate setting and philosophy.
