I'm a professional chef for the last 20 years, I've worked both in hotel and restaurants and at present I'm specialized in a la carte restaurants, as I'm responsible on 12 restaurants in a 5* hotel. More over the last years i also work as food photographer - food stylist in my own brand, Called 1000 Words Photo Studio. And at last i'm a culinary teacher in a private tourism school.
