I learned to cook at the Institute of Culinary Arts in Greece, and then by following great Chefs in their cuisines at high-end restaurants and hotels.
Being a private Chef gives me the advantage to offer tailor-made service with my personal touch using every time the highest quality of ingredients.

The meal was turned around in 24 hours as it was a last minute request from us, so we were surpised that it could be organised so quickly. Elias was super friendly, really accomodating and delivered everything to the table in a timely fashion, keeping me fully informed of the schedule whilst remaining flexible. The food was great much of which was cooked on the open grill by the table and using local ingrediants. The only negative was that there was too much food so it felt a little wasteful, although we ate much of it the next day! All the guests loved the food.
