I am a professional chef with over 18 years of experience.

I have worked in restaurants and hotels in Mykonos, Athens, Bolton and Melbourne. The last years I am working as a private chef, mainly in my hometown, Mykonos.

My goal is to make food suitable for the needs and the preferences of my guests and offer them a unique and welcoming experience. For achieving that, I am constantly trying to improve myself as a chef by taking part in numerous seminars, learning about new techniques and getting in touch with different cuisines from all over the world.

Nikos and his entire team were outstanding from start to finish. From the very beginning, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly responsive. Nikos took the time to go through all the menu options with us for our large birthday celebration and also catered our evening meals throughout the week. He accommodated every request, communicated quickly, and made the entire planning process effortless. Even on-site, he remained flexible and adapted seamlessly as our guest numbers changed multiple times. The food was exceptional and received compliments from everyone. Nick was a sensational chef at our 16 person villa BBQ! The food was so fresh and high quality. Everyone spoke about it for the rest of the trip. I expected the food to be good but my expectations were far exceeded!! Nick provided so many courses too. We are only so happy to have some leftovers the next day! What a wonderful treat. Chef Nik was amazing! We had him for several days in Mykonos for 1-3 meals per day. Our kitchen was small but he was able to make delicious meals from it! I was traveling with 4 small children so it was very convenient. They also loved the food. He was so nice to try to cater to them for some comfort foods. Plenty of leftovers which was great for us since we were jet-lagged. I absolutely loved him and wish he could cook for us everywhere we traveled!!! Definitely recommended!!!
