I am a professional chef with over 18 years of experience.

I have worked in restaurants and hotels in Mykonos, Athens, Bolton and Melbourne. The last years I am working as a private chef, mainly in my hometown, Mykonos.

My goal is to make food suitable for the needs and the preferences of my guests and offer them a unique and welcoming experience. For achieving that, I am constantly trying to improve myself as a chef by taking part in numerous seminars, learning about new techniques and getting in touch with different cuisines from all over the world.

Wonderful job by Chef, his assistant, and the waiter. Highly recommended!

Nikos and his team were absolutely amazing. We were a group of 13 and everyone was well fed with plenty left overs. Lovely down to earth chef and team with incredible food. I would 100% rebook!

We had THE most amazing lunch for our bachelorette party prepared by Nick and his assistant. It was so delicious and everyone was so impressed. I would definitely recommend booking and will book again in the future when I come back to Mykonos!

Nick was a sensational chef at our 16 person villa BBQ! The food was so fresh and high quality. Everyone spoke about it for the rest of the trip. I expected the food to be good but my expectations were far exceeded!! Nick provided so many courses too. We are only so happy to have some leftovers the next day! What a wonderful treat. I highly recommend this chef!!

We had an amazing late dinner after a busy travel day. Everything was delicious and we had plenty of food for our large group.

Nikos was a big part of making our time in Mykonos magical and special. His food was impeccable and delicious, but it was personality and service that really made it special. From meal prep to clean up and presentation, he was a professional. He was flexible with some dietary limitations which was very appreciated. 10/10 a real gem

Chef Nik was amazing! We had him for several days in Mykonos for 1-3 meals per day. Our kitchen was small but he was able to make delicious meals from it! I was traveling with 4 small children so it was very convenient. They also loved the food. He was so nice to try to cater to them for some comfort foods. Plenty of leftovers which was great for us since we were jet-lagged. I absolutely loved him and wish he could cook for us everywhere we traveled!!! Definitely recommended!!!
