I born and raised in Greece in the island of Crete, in a family that is working at the hospitality industry so i decided to go to the culinary school and there i met my passion.
I love cooking ,learning new things about my job, taste new ingredients and discover different ways of thinking on food. I have been working all over Europe in Michelin awarded restaurants, I am specialized in Creative Cretan and Mediterranean Cuisine and familiar with all cuisines so that I can meet all expectations be it traditional or contemporary. Feel free to express your requests. I can share with you my recipes and show you cooking techniques if you wish. I wait to meet you and start cooking !Eating is an experience not just a necessity.
