I have been a professional chef for the last 25 years. I have just sold my last restaurant in Mykonos and I'm now working as a private chef also doing cooking seminars.
Passionate about food and wine, the dishes I create vary in context but are always tasty and creative.
I believe that eating is not just a need, its a reason for people to get together and share precious moments in a gastronomic environment.
