Chef Pavlos Grivas

I planned a 16 person bachelorette weekend in Greece for my sister. I had done lots of research in search of a Chef that could cook for such a large group while still being reasonably priced. I eventually found the site takeachef. One of the Chefs that sent a proposal was the amazing Chef Pavlos. He responded with detail and reassurance that booking his services would include amazing and delicious meals without breaking the bank. This is 100% what we received! Our whole crew was SO SO happy we went with his services. All of our meals were DELICIOUS! He was mindful of everyone's dietary restrictions and creating a menu with him for our daily meals was very easy. he was very punctual and had the best energy! you can tell he enjoys what he does. His services were also way more cost efficient than having to eat at restaurants everyday (he had assured us of this prior also). If you receive a proposal from Chef Pavlos, TAKE IT! you will not regret it I promise you. I also highly recommend his falafel! As a vegetarian I have had falafel tons of times from so many places. His is his Grandma's recipe and the BEST falafel I have ever had. Thank you Chef!

Our group of 14 had an amazing time with Pavlos! He made us brunch for 5 days which was amazing being at a private villa to start your day with his perfect pancakes. I pre-arranged 3 dinners with him via WhatsApp. He sent me menus to choose from and was very open to changing things around that best suited our group. Dinner highlights were the fish filets with quinoa salad, beetroot tzatziki, chicken souvlaki, and the chocolate mousse- but everything was great!

Chef Pavlos provided an absolutely wonderful Greek dining experience for our group of 15 (13 adults and 2 children). His warm, courteous hospitality made us feel right at home and gifted us an unforgettable Mykonian memory. Every dish was executed to perfection, and his menu recommendations were absolutely flawless. We were especially impressed by his meticulous attention to our dietary restrictions; the vegan meals were thoughtfully prepared completely separately to ensure no cross-contamination. The entire evening was a pure pleasure thanks to Pavlos and his incredible companion. Highly recommended!

Pavlos war ein excellenter Chef und wir hatten ein wunderbarer Lunch. Wir können ihn von herze. empfehlen.

The starter the steak and the dessert was all amazing ,with generous potion sizes, and super accommodating. Would definitely recommend him.

We hired this chef for a bachelorette dinner and couldn't have been happier! He was so friendly, easy to chat with, and gave great recommendations. The food was absolutely amazing! Everything was full of flavour and cooked perfectly. The meat was incredibly tender, and every dish impressed us. We would 100% recommend him to anyone looking for a private chef for a special occasion!

Chef Pavlos was absolutely incredible! The BBQ was one of the highlights of our stay in Mykonos. Every dish was cooked to perfection, incredibly fresh, and full of flavor. From the grilled meats to the sides, everything was delicious and beautifully presented. Beyond the food, Pavlos was so friendly, welcoming, and professional. He created such a wonderful atmosphere and made the entire experience feel special and effortless. If you’re looking for an unforgettable private chef experience in Mykonos, I couldn’t recommend Chef Pavlos more highly. Thank you for an amazing meal!

We had the pleasure of having this Chef Pavlos cook for our family of seven during our stay in Mykonos, and he exceeded every expectation. He prepared four breakfasts and three dinners for us, and every single meal was outstanding. He was always punctual, professional, warm, and genuinely fun to be around. From the very beginning, he made everything effortless for our family. Before we arrived, he shopped for groceries in advance based on a list we created together, so our refrigerator was fully stocked and ready when we got there — such an appreciated touch. The food was absolutely amazing. His breakfasts were fantastic, especially the pancakes, which were honestly the best we’ve ever had. The greek salad was incredible along with the tzatziki! He also gave us a wonderful cooking class where he taught us how to make traditional moussaka. For our daughter’s birthday, he prepared an incredible barbecue with five different meats and finished the evening with a delicious homemade tiramisu. Every meal felt special, thoughtful, and beautifully prepared. Beyond the cooking, he also helped us navigate the island by sharing local recommendations and guidance, which made our experience in Mykonos so much easier and more enjoyable. By the end of the week, he truly felt like part of the family. He is funny, kind, welcoming, and exceptionally talented. We cannot recommend him highly enough and would absolutely hire him again.

Breakfast with Pavros was amazing. The experience definitely made our trip even more special. Don’t hesitate to book!

Everything was amazing! The food was delicious, and Pavlos went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. He gave us great recommendations for our trip to Athens as well as a bit of a history lesson. We absolutely loved everything about the experience.

As if dinner wasn’t enough we had to book chef for breakfast the following morning as well and he didn’t disappoint. Breakfast was just as nice as dinner. Chef brought the same energy even though we were dragging the next morning lol ???? he was really patient with us though and I GREATLY appreciated that. I would definitely recommend. Love Chef!! He’s so great!!

Chef Pavlov was an absolute delight. So personable, just awesome to be around. He was flexible with our dinner meals since we had a vegan in the group and also with the time since we had a few ladies arriving later than planned. He brought his son George which was also a nice touch and later we ran into him again on one of our excursions. Really great ppl! Also very responsive! I’m talking about ALLLLLLL hours of the night, I would reach out and Chef replied instantly. Loved this! I would definitely recommend and would reach out again when I return to Greece!

The sea bass was the best I've ever tasted. The food was excellent and service was spectacular. Definitely recommend!

Pavlos was exceptional. He was very pleasant and extremely educational. We enjoying helping to prepare some portions of the meal and learning about the food, preparation and Greek culture. It was a great experience. We have scheduled similar experiences in the past and by far this one was the best! Food was exceptional and he assisted us to pair wine with the food. It was very enjoyable.

Chef Pavlos was the best chef ever !! He was so nice and so informative!! Everything we had a question about he answered and he made sure we were having a great time! He made us laugh the entire time he was there. Book chef Pavlos for any occasion and you will not regret it.

Aside from the incredible views, Pavlos was the highlight of our stay on the island. He is an incredible chef with an awesome personality! Everything we had was better than the last and we had plenty of leftovers. He did a great job of explaining the courses and the history. Highly recommend this experience!

wow wow wow what an evening what a lovely person amazing food we felt like we have known Pavos for years, everything was perfectly on point. we will never forget this evening ???? efcharistoume para poli

Such an amazing experience with an amazing person! The food was seriously incredible and there were so many different menus to choose from based on various diets and preferences. We also had a gluten free member of our group and he was willing to accommodate the dietary restrictions without compromising the delicious meal! We stayed at an airbnb with little to work with (the kitchen was tiny!) but Pavlos went above and beyond to make it work and make sure our food looked like it came out of a Michelin-star kitchen! Pavlos was so accommodating, friendly and nice! We loved hearing his stories, and we could taste the love and devotion he put into every bite! We refer to him as KING Pavlos! I could not recommend anything more, one of the highlights of our trip for sure!

Celebrated my 25th birthday with an amazing breakfast. Pavlos made sure my experience was the best ever. Food was delicious and he was super sweet! 10/10 would recommend!!
