I am an awarded cheffe who enjoys seasonal cooking with local products, madly fond of seafood and wild grown greens. I get inspired by the local cuisines of Greece which I consider them genius, passionate and endless. I lived in Istanbul for 11 years, so my cooking carries elements from Turkey as well.
