Im a professional chef. I was study at Delta culinary school at 2004-2006 . From this point im working non-stop as a cook and after years as a chef ala carte. I have worked at 5* star hotels and restaurants in greece . Px.aldemar resorts ,mitsis company,some restaurant at cretan.rhodes and restaurants in athens. I was 2 years a.sous chef at costa navarino at a fish restaurant. I specialize at greek traditional and comfort cuisine also itallian ,Mediteranean and abroad. Also i have knowledge about modern techniques...px.sousvide..and i have passion about ingredients herbs and vegetables
