I'm in the space of restaurants 7 years, and 10 years working in 5 stars hotels, I also have managerial experience related to five stars deluxe Hotels, fine dining restaurants, brasserie and volume catering. I used to work in establishments such as Sheraton Lagos Hotel, Lindos Blu, Luxury Hotel & Suites and most recently the Executive chef at the Mitsis Faliraki Beach Hotel & Spa.
Very confident and devoted in developing and motivating large team of employees to constantly over achieve on targets.
Good listener and great communication skills bring me to be a strong leadership dedicated to improve and develop professional relationships with the team members
