My culinary career began with formal training in Mexico City, followed by hands-on experience in local restaurants where I built a strong technical foundation. For the past 14 years, I have specialized as a yacht chef, traveling extensively around the world.
This global journey has broadened my perspective and allowed me to master a wide range of culinary techniques and international cuisines. Working in diverse environments has strengthened my adaptability, precision, and ability to create refined dining experiences tailored to each setting and client.
Today, my cooking reflects this international background—combining technique, creativity, and cultural influence to deliver thoughtful, high-quality cuisine wherever my work takes me.
