I am a Mexican chef with over 10 years of experience, working both as a private chef and in some of the top Mexican restaurants in the United States. Throughout my career, I have refined my technique, leadership, and creativity while staying deeply connected to the roots of Mexican cuisine.
Traveling around the world has allowed me to develop my own distinctive cooking style, blending authentic Mexican flavors with global influences and modern techniques. I have also been part of the opening of more than 10 restaurants, contributing to concept development, menu creation, kitchen operations, and team leadership.
As a private chef, I have had the privilege of working with high-profile athletes, including NBA and professional soccer players such as Kevin Durant, Landon Donovan, and members of the Mexican National Soccer Team. These experiences have strengthened my ability to deliver personalized, performance-focused, and high-quality dining experiences with professionalism and discretion.
My goal is always to create bold, refined, and memorable culinary experiences that reflect both my heritage and my international journey.
