Cooking is an act of love for others and for yourself.

My resume includes an internship at the D.O.M. Group in São Paulo, Le Cordon Blueu, between the restaurants Dalva e Dito and D.O.M. by Chef Alex Atala, where I learned and perfected, among other skills, technique and professionalism. As he says, it was a transformative experience working alongside the greatest chefs he has ever met. My specialties are Brazilian, Asian, Mediterranean and Italian food.
