Hey! I’m Aleksandr. I’m a chef from Ukraine. Overall Years in kitchen - 5. By this time I have worked in few of the best restaurants in Ukraine. The one I’m proud of is “Mirali” that got the award of world 50 best discovery. I have also helped to open the place in Lisbon that is called “Papoila Bar”, which is a ukranian bar. I have been to many kitchen related events, internships, etc. Currently working in Hotel “Hyatt”, because it’s a good place to learn how the big kitchen system works, so in future I can run a place in the same operating way.
The cuisines and kitchen areas I have specialisation in are - of course Ukranian, Italian, French, Portuguese, Nordic Scandinavian.
I have courage and confidence that I’ve brought with me throughout the whole career.
I’m ready to execute any kind of opportunities.
