Consistency, creativity and perfectionism is what I work for everyday.
In the restaurant industry since I’m 14 years old, started in the Lisbon Region. Moved to London where for 3 years worked in fine dining.
Came back to Portugal and focused on Restaurant Consultancy, for many clients in Lisbon and around. In the meantime, opened my own restaurant and got more involved with Catering and Events.
Professionalism, good mood and quality are the most important things in the kitchen for me.
