Hi, I’m Ania — a private chef based in Lisbon. With a background in culinary arts, sommelier training, food journalism, and some of Lisbon’s wildest kitchens, I now work as a private chef.
I cook at your home, at mine, do pop-ups, cater events, and take on projects that don’t fit into boxes.
I also have a background in restaurants: I interned in the mad, brilliant kitchen of Lisbon’s O Velho Eurico; I bake Neapolitan rum babas for Arca bistrot; I made pastry and desserts for Lapso specialty coffee; and I cooked dinners and specials for Yellow Lemon.
