I am a Portuguese private chef with over 10 years of experience cooking at the highest level across Portuguese, Italian, French, and Belgian cuisine. I trained in Michelin-starred kitchens in Portugal before building my career across Europe. Now based in Cascais, I work with a small number of private clients, offering bespoke menus built entirely around their tastes, the season, and the finest local produce. Every dinner receives my complete attention.
