My journey in the culinary world began in the Philippines, where I studied Hotel and Restaurant Services and discovered my passion for creating memorable experiences through food.

With years of experience in the international food and hospitality industry, my career has taken me from the kitchens and dining rooms of Doha, Qatar, to the decks of some of the world’s most renowned cruise lines, including Royal Caribbean and Disney Cruise Line, where I spent six years working as both a Cook and Waiter.

Working alongside people from different cultures exposed me to a world of flavors, culinary traditions, and techniques. These experiences shaped the way I cook today — combining knowledge from around the world with my own creativity and passion.

Today, I’m proud to continue my culinary journey as a Chef with a catering service in Sintra, Portugal. For me, cooking is more than a career — it’s a way to connect cultures, create memories, and make people happy, one dish at a time.
