I’m Carmelo, a 29-year-old Sicilian chef with a deep passion for cooking and hospitality. Born and raised in Sicily, my cuisine is strongly influenced by my heritage, the flavours I grew up with and the importance of sharing food.
Over the years, I have built my experience in professional kitchens, including working in Michelin-starred environments in London, where I developed my discipline, precision and passion for contemporary cuisine.
Today, I bring those experiences into private dining, creating personal culinary experiences inspired by my Sicilian roots and shaped by my journey as a chef.
