Passionate chef who loves catering to a wide range of local produce and adapting to any dietary requirements

Have worked as a chef for 8 years. Started as a pastry chef for an events company in London for 3 years, completed a ski season as a Chalet Chef in Meribel. Following this I worked for HRH the Prince of Wales as a chef de Partie. I have now spent the past 3 and a half years working on super yachts and have been fortunate enough to travel the world and learn new cuisines on the way.
