Actually as Executive Chef in a 5* Hotel in Cascais, with 15 years of experience, I love to surprise all the customers with flavors.

I work also in Angola, during 6 Years Supervising 6 Restaurant, Training and educating more than 100 apprentice cooks. It was very important for me as well for them.

Chef José Luiz was very professional and kind, he did an outstanding job and we had an amazing dinner. The food tasted good, ge accommodated all our requests, and he even took care of preparing a birthday cake for us. I would highly recommend him!!
